We work with skilled artisans and use high-quality materials to ensure you receive an exceptional product, and we stand behind each collection we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your product.

Delivery times will vary based on location and the options you choose at checkout. Standard shipping takes 3-10 business days. You can also choose 2-day shipping to garuntee that your item will ship within 2 business days.

Orders over $100 always enjoy free standard shipping (3-5 business days to ship). Standard shipping on orders under $100 costs $7.50. Any order can be shipped with 2-day rush shipping (ships within 2 business days) for $15.

Orders placed after 3pm EST on any day will be counted as part of the next day's orders.

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please call our customer service representatives between 8am-5pm EST Monday through Friday at 888.889.9868 or email us at service@elisabethyork.com to find out if you can alter your order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be altered but may be returned for a replacement or refund. Please see the returns page for more information. 

Once your order has shipped, just log into your account and look at your orders to find your tracking information.
